We accompany our customers from the beginning with a team of sales consultants who help them choose the best solutions for each project. A support that is continuous, ensuring a constant advise in each single phase.
Each customer can also count on a dedicated Project Manager, who follows the project from the technical analysis through the measurement to the final installation, coordinating with the other operators on the site. Thanks to his technical skills, this figure is essential to optimize the procedures and best manage the fundamental steps that ensure a quality installation.

Our Technical Department supports these teams by designing customized shop drawings window by window, which can be directly integrated into the executive drawings, simplifying the work of designers and providing instructions for installation in compliance with current regulations.
Innovation and continuous improvement guide our work. For this reason, within the Research and Development Office, a dedicated team constantly works on customized and cutting-edge solutions in our sector.

Safety and well-being
Well-being must first be protected through quiet and silence. A quiet environment promotes rest and relaxation and for this very reason our windows are designed to have high levels of acoustic insulation, starting from the standard versions, which can be implemented with sound-absorbing glass.
Well-being is also synonymous with protection, which is why our windows include WK1 hardware in the standard and WK2 versions, and beyond, in case our customers want to feel even safer.

Safety also has another meaning, which translates into a guarantee of durability of our products that goes beyond the Italian normal legal standards, as for example in the case of the painting of wooden window frames, guaranteed for up to 13 years or through Safety glass, an exclusive Impronta coverage, which insures for 2 years in the event of damage due to thermal shock, direct damage, accidental impacts, electrical faults and damage caused by thieves.

Installation
The installation of our windows and doors is carried out by highly qualified internal teams that will guarantee an installation carried out in compliance with the Italian regulation UNI 11673.
A guarantee of durability and excellent performance that can only be ensured through the use of high-performance materials, selected according to specific directives, the definition of specific rules to follow and constant training of staff through the Impronta Academy.
Maintenance
Maintenance
For the correct use of our products and to guarantee their durability over time, each customer will be provided with a use and maintenance manual. In addition to this, we offer scheduled maintenance, also with the possibility of having a free coupon, to ensure a service that, with a limited commitment, makes a big difference, preserving the value of your investment over time.
A service that can be requested through the Customer Service Office, which will intervene with an internal team specialized in carrying out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions.

Consulting, exhibitions, training workshops, events for design studios and clients. The Impronta Ateliers in Lonato del Garda and Treviso are multifaceted and dynamic spaces available to professionals and clients to design, meet, share ideas. The first is an exclusive location overlooking Lake Garda, the second is a 700 m2 space near the center of Treviso.
Spaces where training, the cornerstone of the Impronta Experience, finds a home, through courses and events organized through the Impronta Academy, both for employees and for external professionals and companies.
