4 Living, developed in collaboration with Pillon Costruzioni, is a residential project that expresses a contemporary architectural vision based on essential volumes, balanced proportions, and a careful façade design. The composition is defined by clean lines and compact surfaces, where solids and voids alternate rhythmically and coherently.

Vertical sun-shading elements characterize the building envelope, giving it depth and a distinctive identity while ensuring solar control and privacy. The result is an elegant and well-proportioned structure, capable of integrating into its context with clarity and refinement.

The project places strong emphasis on the relationship between living spaces and the outdoors. The generous terraces become a natural extension of the interior living areas, transforming into complementary spaces dedicated to relaxation and conviviality.

Large glazed openings enhance visual and functional continuity between inside and outside, amplifying spatial perception and maximizing natural light. The threshold becomes a discreet element that connects rather than divides.

Windows play a central role in the project, selected to combine technical performance with aesthetic coherence. Xtravision aluminum sliding systems were chosen for the large openings onto the terraces, ensuring maximum brightness thanks to their minimal profiles and expansive glazed surfaces.

Aluxima windows complete the intervention with an essential design and high performance in terms of insulation and comfort. The integration of technology and architecture defines an efficient and refined building envelope, perfectly aligned with the project’s contemporary vision.
