Botan Flower

Botan Flower, developed in collaboration with Giorgio Rigo Costruzioni and Pesce Costruzioni, is a residential project that interprets contemporary living through a balanced dialogue between architectural rigor and the presence of greenery. The building stands out for its compact, linear volumes, lightened by generous projecting balconies and vertical screens that define the façades with an elegant and distinctive rhythm.

Greenery is not merely decorative but an integral part of the concept: planted terraces, integrated planters, and a vertical green wall transform the building into a living organism, capable of engaging with the urban context and evolving over time with the changing seasons.

Large glazed surfaces and glass balustrades enhance the sense of openness, fostering visual continuity between interior and exterior spaces. The apartments are designed to ensure abundant natural light and flexible layouts, with clean-lined interiors where wooden flooring and a neutral material palette create warm, contemporary atmospheres.

The depth of the balconies becomes a natural extension of the living areas, an inhabitable outdoor space that expands the domestic environment and establishes a direct relationship with light and greenery.

A carefully selected window system defines the quality of the building envelope. Large minimal aluminum sliding systems from the Xtravision line were chosen for the main openings, ensuring maximum transparency and ultra-slim profiles that enhance the seamless connection between inside and outside.

Minimal wood-aluminum windows from the Compact collection complete the system, combining the warmth of wood on the interior with the durability and weather resistance of aluminum on the exterior. The result is a high-performance, elegant envelope in which technology and design integrate harmoniously, delivering comfort, energy efficiency, and refined aesthetics.
