Villa Nera

Villa Nera is a contemporary residential project distinguished by the strong expressiveness of its volumes and a bold chromatic choice that defines its identity. The architecture is developed through pure orthogonal lines and compact surfaces, where the dark cladding enhances the geometry and gives the building an elegant, rigorous character.

The upper volume, suspended and precisely framed, engages in dialogue with the fully glazed ground floor, creating a balance between solidity and transparency. Overhangs and covered patios shape shaded outdoor areas that mediate the transition between interior and exterior, integrating the house into the open landscape that surrounds it.

Inside, the villa unfolds into bright, generous spaces characterized by impressive ceiling heights and a strong visual connection with the garden. Full-height glazed surfaces transform the surrounding landscape into an integral part of the design, flooding the interiors with natural light throughout the day.

The double-height living area enhances the perception of space, while the material continuity between flooring, window systems, and finishes contributes to a refined and cohesive atmosphere. The boundary between indoors and outdoors dissolves, encouraging a fluid and seamless living experience.

The architectural identity of Villa Nera is strongly defined by the use of minimal aluminum window systems, designed to ensure maximum transparency and ultra-slim profiles. Large sliding glass doors enhance the dialogue with the outdoors while delivering high performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation.

The result is an essential and high-performing building envelope where technology and design integrate with precision, shaping a contemporary, refined architecture deeply connected to its landscape.
