Ville sul Garda

Nestled in the greenery of the hills overlooking Lake Garda, Ville Sul Garda, developed in collaboration with MP Engineering, is a contemporary residential project shaped by a constant dialogue with its natural surroundings. The horizontal volumes follow the slope of the terrain, gently stepping along the hillside and opening toward the lake through ample terraces and panoramic loggias. The alternation between exposed concrete surfaces and large glazed openings defines an essential architectural language, characterized by clean lines and deep overhangs that frame and enhance the surrounding landscape.

The landscape design discreetly complements the architecture, with terraced gardens and Mediterranean vegetation softening the volumes and reinforcing a sense of continuity with the environment. Inside, the warmth of natural wood flooring interacts with the raw texture of exposed concrete ceilings, creating a refined balance between contemporary rigor and domestic comfort. The living area unfolds as a bright, fluid space that opens entirely to the outdoors: full-height glazed surfaces allow natural light to permeate the interiors throughout the day, transforming the lake view into a constant and ever-changing presence.

A key feature of the building envelope is the use of large minimal aluminum sliding systems from the Xtravision collection, selected to maximize the visual connection with the lake. The ultra-slim profiles enhance transparency and reduce the structural impact, creating a near-seamless transition between interior and exterior. The generous openings ensure smooth functionality and high performance in terms of insulation and comfort, contributing to an architecture that is luminous, essential, and deeply connected to its landscape.
